Payment is by bank transfer or Stripe invoice, in full, before work starts. The refund guarantee is the safety mechanism — if the site is not live on day seven, 100% is refunded within 48 hours. No deposits, no milestone gating.

No. No retainers, no monthly fees. The site is transferred to the client in full. Later changes can be booked as a second sprint at a fresh quote, or handed to any developer — the code is standard Next.js and React, documented for handover.
