Terms of service.

The service
1WeekSites delivers a fixed scope website build over five business days for a flat fee of £1,000. The scope is the one described on the service page. Anything outside that scope is not part of the build.
Payment
Full payment is due before Day 1. We do not invoice in arrears. If you need a split payment, ask on the discovery call and we will agree it in writing.
Timeline
The five day timeline assumes you return the intake form before Day 1 and give feedback on Day 4 within the 24 hour window. If you miss either, the launch date moves by the same amount of time, at no extra cost.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final website, the copy, and the code. You host it on your own domain and your own account. We do not retain any licence to the finished work.
Refunds
If we do not deliver a live site by the end of Day 5, and the delay is not caused by waiting on your feedback or assets, you can request a full refund.
Liability
1WeekSites is not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, or any indirect damages arising from use of the delivered website. Our maximum liability is the fee you paid for the build.
