Services

Three things I do, and nothing else.

One person, three services, no account managers. Each one has a fixed shape and a price you can read before we speak. Pick the one you need, or start with the site and add the rest when it earns its keep.

How they fit together.

Most clients start with the website, because a slow or vague site wastes everything you spend sending people to it. Once it is live, the monthly search and AI work compounds on top of a foundation that already loads fast and reads clearly. The AI set-up is for businesses with real expertise and no time to write it down, so a small team can put out work that is actually good.

None of it is bundled and none of it is required. There is no upsell built into the website sprint. If a month of search work stops earning its fee, cancel it.

Every price, and what it includes.

Not currently VAT registered, so these are the prices you pay. What the same site costs from a freelancer, a studio or an agency is in the cost guide, with an estimator for your own site. The week itself, day by day, is on the process page.

Questions about paying.

Is it safe to pay for a sprint upfront?Payment is by bank transfer or Stripe invoice, in full, before the sprint starts. The refund guarantee is the safety mechanism: not live on the agreed day, 100% back within 48 hours. No deposits, no milestone gating, no small print.
What does "from £1,000" mean?£1,000 is one sprint, which covers a bespoke site of up to about seven pages. If your site needs more, it needs more than a week, and I quote it as a fixed number of sprints on the discovery call. You always know the total before you pay.
Are there any monthly fees on a website?None you have to pay. Hosting is free on the plan I set you up on. The domain is yours, paid to your registrar, about £10 to £15 a year. If you want changes made each month after launch, that is £99 a month, and it is optional.
What does "from £500 a month" mean for SEO and GEO?£500 covers the full programme for a small site in an ordinary market: the content pages, a modest link budget, the technical upkeep, the AI-visibility layer and the report. A bigger site or a crowded market needs more pages and more links each month, so the month costs more. I scope it on the call and write the figure down before it starts.
Can I stop the SEO and GEO work?Yes, at the end of any month, by email. It is billed monthly in advance and there is no minimum term.
What does the £500 AI set-up include?Your source of truth written with you, your LLM of choice configured with it, the skills and prompts for the jobs you repeat, the automations that fit, a one-page way of working and a handover call. One flat fee, paid before we start. Anything bigger built afterwards, a lead-handling system or a CRM wired in, is scoped as sprints with the number in writing first.
Do you charge VAT?Not currently. I am a UK sole trader below the VAT threshold, so the prices on this page are the prices you pay.
How much does a website cost in the UK in 2026?A UK small-business website costs £0 upfront for DIY Squarespace or Wix plus a monthly plan, £1,000 to £3,000 for a bespoke build from a solo studio or freelancer, £3,000 to £8,000 at a small design studio, and £8,000 to £25,000 at a mid-sized agency. The full breakdown, with a cost estimator, is in the cost guide under Writing.
From the studio

Not sure which one? Thirty minutes will tell us.

A discovery call is free and has no pitch in it. I ask what the business needs, say which of the three fits, and if none of them does, I say that too.
