How much does small business website design cost?

What does a small business website include?
A bespoke design for up to about seven pages, drawn for your business and not a template with your logo on it. Your copy is tightened and put in the order a visitor reads it, with one round of revisions, then launch on your own domain and a written handover.
Will my website help me get found on Google?
It can only be found if it is built to be, so the search basics are part of the build: one page per service, named for what people type; titles, headings and first sentences that say what you do and where; and a fast load on a phone.
