Website maintenance services, £99 a month, nothing to patch.
Website maintenance services for UK small businesses: I make your changes, watch the site, and keep it backed up and up to date, for £99 a month, rolling.

How much does website maintenance cost?
£99 a month for a site I built, rolling, cancel at the end of any month. Hosting is free on a custom build, the domain stays yours at about £10 to £15 a year, and on Webflow you pay Webflow for the plan directly.
The WordPress care plans on the first page of Google start at around £80 a month, and most of that pays for plugin updates. My sites have no plugins, so the money goes on changes you can see. The full running costs are on website pricing.
What does the £99 a month cover?
Content and photo changes: prices, text, new job photos, a new team member. Monitoring: uptime checks, broken links and pages found and fixed, and a speed check every month. Backups and security: every version of the code kept in its repository, and the dependencies and security updates kept current.
What it does not cover is a new page or a new section. Those are quoted first, and nothing starts until you say yes.
Why is there nothing to patch?
Because there is no WordPress. No plugins, no themes, no PHP versions to keep up with, and no plugin that breaks when another one updates. Most maintenance plans exist to keep that machinery running.
A custom build is fast static pages on Vercel, with nothing exposed to patch every week. A Webflow site is hosted and secured by Webflow. The plan is about your site doing its job, not keeping it alive.
How do I ask for a change?
Email or ring me on 07451 260050 with what you want changed. I make it within two working days, check it on a phone and a desktop, and tell you when it is live.
No ticket system, no account manager, no waiting for the next sprint. You deal with the person who built the site.
Can you maintain a site you didn't build?
Not as it stands. I look after sites I know inside out, and that means sites I built. If yours is on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace, the first step is a migration, like for like, or a redesign.
After that, it is £99 a month like any other site, and most of what you were paying to keep the old one running goes away.
What does "looked after" look like?
Lewis's 29-page site for Unlimitely and Mac's site for MN Online Coach both sit in my accounts, by their choice, so I can make changes as they need them. Both domains are theirs, and everything transfers to them the day they ask.
Each week you get a short note that the site was up and checked. Each month, a report: uptime, what changed, what was fixed, and the speed check. Both of them talk about the work on camera below.
