Questions about the week.

Why Tuesday to Tuesday?A brief on Monday morning is rushed and a launch on Sunday goes live with nobody watching. A Tuesday brief gives you Monday to gather your material, and a Tuesday launch puts the site live on a working day with me at the desk for the first hours it is up.
How much of my time does it take?About two hours across the week: the call on Tuesday, a design decision on Wednesday, your copy and photographs by Thursday, and one round of notes on Saturday. If material is late the week slides, so I say so on the call rather than pretend.
What if I need changes after Saturday?Small wording fixes are done on the Monday. Anything structural, a new page, a new section, rolls into a further sprint at a fresh quote, agreed before it starts. It never quietly delays the launch.
What happens if you miss the Tuesday?Full refund within 48 hours. The deadline is the product. If I miss it, you do not owe anything. No kill fee, no partial, no debate.
What about a site that needs more than a week?It runs as consecutive sprints, each Tuesday to Tuesday, with the staging link live from the first Friday. The number of sprints and the final date are fixed on the discovery call, and the refund guarantee applies to that date.
Do you work with people outside Ipswich?Yes, nearly everyone is remote. Clients across Great Britain work with me over one short call, email and a shared brief. No mandatory meetings or workshop days.
